Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel/change your appointment with us. We request that you let us know at least 48 hours beforehand. If you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the treatment(s) booked in. If you cancel/reschedule within 4 hours of the booking you will be charged 100% of the treatment. This must be paid in full before another booking is made. 


No Show Policy

All no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment(s) booked. The next booking must be paid in full when booked in. 


Patch Test Policy

All patch tests need to be carried out at least 48 hours before the treatment. Appointments will not be booked in unless a patch test has been done. If you have not visited us in over a year you will need a new patch test.


Deposits

We require a 50% deposit within 24 hours of your booking. Your appointment is not secure until we have received the deposit.


Lash Extension Infill Policy

2-3 week infills must have at least 40% of lash extensions remaining. Any less than this will be charged as a full set.


Children Policy

For insurance purposes no children are allowed in the salon. 


Food and Drink Policy

We ask if you could not eat in the salon. Drinks are welcome. Please inform us if any is spilt.
